Thankfully, it’s a four‑day work week and a three‑day weekend. Which means I’ll have plenty of time to train and really lock in at the gym. Today my big focus is creating a schedule that actually fits my lifestyle. One that supports my goals without leaving me drained or stretched too thin.
I’ve been trying to balance everything: my work life, my gym goals, and the content I want to create as I grow my social media influence. I really want to put more effort into TikTok and use that platform to its fullest potential, but sometimes I catch myself doom‑scrolling instead of creating. Other times I get overwhelmed by all the things I want to achieve and don’t know which one to focus on first.
But I’m starting to realize that all of these goals can support each other. My fitness journey fuels my content. My content keeps me accountable. My work gives me structure. It’s all connected. I just need a routine that lets each part thrive without burning me out.
This weekend feels like the perfect time to reset, plan, and step into a rhythm that feels good for me.
