After a long weekend, I’m easing back into the work week and trying to find my rhythm again. I gave myself Monday and Tuesday to catch up on rest — honestly, I needed it. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is slow down, breathe, and let your body reset. I thought I’d be back in the gym on Wednesday, but I ended up falling asleep instead.

I’ve been working on staying consistent while also giving myself the grace to take rest days when I need them. I’m learning that discipline doesn’t mean pushing myself to exhaustion; it means showing up with intention, listening to my body, and trusting the process.

Lately, I’ve been really interested in the wellness division of bodybuilding. It’s such a beautiful blend of strength, femininity, and athleticism. The division is heavily dominated by Brazilian athletes, and honestly, their physiques and dedication are so inspiring. Eduarda Bezerra took the Olympia title in 2025, and Rayane Fogal is the reigning Wellness International champion. Both of them are incredible examples of what this category represents.

Watching these women compete has made me even more excited about my own fitness journey. Not because I’m trying to be them, but because it reminds me what’s possible when you stay committed, stay curious, and stay kind to yourself along the way.

Little by little, I’m finding my groove again. Balancing rest, effort, and inspiration.
